Terrific location in Korat

Great location near the Mall and a fantastic local open air food court and beer garden.

Our room faced over towards the food court/beer garden and they held live music sessions on Friday nights - these don't finish until 11.30pm so it was a problem for our child to get to sleep.

90 percent of the time good. Don’t stay here at the weekend if you want to sleep.

Staff were great most of the time . So friendly. Room was good for the price. Just next to the mall.

Hotel was good but be aware that twice a week they hold a massive concert right behind the hotel til midnight. My room and bed was literally shaking from the noise and bass. Staff didn’t warn about this and didn’t care.

Location is perfect, The Mall in front, night market behind and Bangkok Hospital next door. Nice rooms and good breakfast.

Seemless service with great people and awesome value.

Everything was great and awesome value for money.

The band at the back of the hotel in the food court was the only downside. Not a criticism of the hotel as it’s beyond their control.

Location was perfect for my needs. Just behind the Mall.

The bed was a bit hard but that is just personal preference.

Overall is very good. I will ask for the opposite side room next time !

Room is clean. Furnitures are is good condition

The back of the hotel is the night market and it's noisy till late night (around 11pm) The window can't block all noise (around 85% was blocked and I'm very sensitive to the sound when I go to sleep)

Toilets got strong smell. Even just checked in and open inside room. Staff not inform have concert near to hotel. Have to change room at middle of night.

Good stay for the value

Very good Position close to the Mall and some market. Overall really clean and felt good. Staff always nice.

Chocolate for the bread at breakfast would be nice. The bathroom door opens and closes a little Bad because its narrow inside. Beds could be a little bit softer.

The location is great, and other services including the...

The location is great, and other services including the staffs were friendly.

The breakfast could have been better with warmer as the food was quite cold and the taste was so-so. Moreover, the noise from the background outdoor was quite loud. The room that face the backyard should have been sound proof.

Nice budget option

I enjoyed my stay there. Rooms are large, functional and comfortable. It's a solid option and I'd consider staying there again when in Korat.

Other than the lobby the rooms are a bit bare which is OK given the room rate. Water pressure and temperature was inconsistent. There is an old fashioned key deposit.

Rather posh hotel for a small town

Fancy new hotel. Bright spacious rooms with comfortable bedding. Staff speaks English. Would consider staying there again.

I've hurt myself on a protruding screw of the shower door handle. Generally it doesn't seem if anyone ensured that things are properly finished after the construction was completed. Build quality isn't that great and it's only a question of time until this starts to show. Breakfast was extremely poor. There was annoying sounds from machinery like ventilation or the elevators every few seconds. Parking at the convention center is very dense.

High value of money. Enjoy the stay a lot and very comfy.

Excellent condition for the room. The air-conditioner and other facilities are nice. The bed are very comfort too.

There should be service to help traveler to pick up luggage as there is a need to walk to registration counter through staircase. Or else, there should be a clear instruction on guiding traveler to lift.

Can hear all the outside noise. If your room is near the stairwell you will also hear the noise of other guests and hotel staff and their two way radios blairing!

Average hotel

The breakfast was ok and the staff were very nice and able to speak English at the reception. Near to the Mall.

The road to reach the hotel is not secure at all as you have to walk next to the cars. My room wasnt very fresh, lot of stuff on the floor, and dark stains on the wall. The shower got a lot of molds. The bed was very uncomfortable and my back hurt in the morning, you can feel the mattress spring. The wall feel like paper as you can ear everything. Little bit disappointed. No minibar, no the. No room service.
